I'm Sol Garcia Gimenez, a frontend developer who also designs. For 4+ years I've shipped production web and mobile products end to end, from the interface and design system through to the serverless backend and deployment.
Inside a team, building a product, is where I learned the most: at Insectius I helped build Larvai, a B2B SaaS platform for insect farms, available in 120+ countries. Larvai turns raw production data into AI forecasts, predicting yields and surfacing trends, served through real time dashboards, automated alerts, feed recipe management and reporting. Working with the team, I translated a complex scientific domain into interfaces that non-expert operators rely on every day.
I prioritize performance and user experience, and I'm looking to go deep on frontend and product development within a team again.

Experience
I build web and mobile products, owning the full path from design to deployment, both frontend and backend. I have built installable mobile apps, full stack e-commerce, a car rental platform and custom management apps, and I deliver admin panels that non-technical owners run themselves, managing their own content and operations with no developer after handover. I also replaced manual workflows with automated tools, like instant quote calculators that removed a recurring back and forth.
At Insectius I built the frontend of Larvai, a B2B SaaS platform for insect farms, available in 120+ countries. Larvai uses AI to forecast production and spot trends, giving farm owners real time dashboards, automated alerts, feed recipe management and reporting. I helped turn a complex scientific domain into a clear, multilingual interface that non-expert operators use every day.
I built responsive, highly customized interfaces for clients across several sectors, with care for accessibility, SEO and performance. I ran multiple projects in parallel on real deadlines in a small team, and grew from designer into frontend developer.
